Procedure to permanently delete your account.

Before Deleting Your Account

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is irreversible

Before proceeding:

• Export your important data (conversations, documents)
• Cancel your active subscription
• Check you have no remaining credits
• Inform collaborators if you share documents

Deletion Procedure

1. Sign in to your Delos account
2. Go to Settings > Account
3. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
4. Click "Delete my account"
5. Read the warnings
6. Type your password to confirm
7. Click "Delete permanently"

What Happens After Deletion?

Immediately:

• Your Delos access is revoked
• Your conversations are deleted
• Your personal documents are deleted

Within 30 days:

• All your data is permanently erased from our servers
• Backups are purged
• No recovery is possible

Shared Documents:

• Documents you shared with others remain accessible to collaborators
• Your name will appear as "Deleted User"

Alternative: Temporarily Disable

If you want to take a break without losing your data:

1. Cancel your subscription
2. Stop logging in
3. Your data remains saved
4. You can return anytime
