Export a document to PDF from Drive

Convert your Delos documents to PDF format to share or archive them.

Export to PDF

  1. Open the document: Go to Drive and select the document
  2. Click "Export": Top right of the document
  3. Select "PDF": Choose PDF format
  4. Click "Download": The PDF file is downloaded to your computer

If export doesn't work

  1. Check your connection: Make sure you have a stable connection
  2. Wait longer: Large documents may take more time
  3. Try again: Click "Export" again
  4. Try another browser: Chrome, Firefox or Edge

PDF export limitations

  • Some complex formats may not be perfectly converted
  • High-resolution images may reduce quality
  • Complex tables may require reorganization

Alternatives

  1. Print to PDF: Use your browser's print function
  2. Copy-paste: Copy content to a text editor and export to PDF
  3. Share the link: Share the Delos link directly instead of exporting
