File upload size limits

Information about file size limits in Delos.

Limits by File Type

Delos accepts different file formats with the following limits:

• Documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT): up to 100 MB per file
• Spreadsheets (XLSX, CSV): up to 50 MB per file
• Presentations (PPTX): up to 100 MB per file
• Images (JPG, PNG, GIF): up to 25 MB per file
• Audio files: up to 200 MB per file

If Your File Exceeds the Limit

1. Compress the file

   • Use compression tools (ZIP, 7-Zip)
   • Reduce image quality in the document
   • Remove non-essential elements

2. Split the file

   • Separate a large document into multiple parts
   • Upload each part separately
   • Analyze them together in the Assistant

3. Optimize content

   • Compress images before insertion
   • Convert to lighter format (PDF instead of DOCX)
   • Remove unnecessary metadata
