Customize email signature in Mail

By default, emails sent from Delos Mail include a standard mention. You can customize this signature.

How to modify your signature:

1. Open the Mail application
2. Go to Mail settings (gear icon)
3. Find the Signature section
4. Customize the text as needed

Good to know:

• The signature applies to all emails sent from Delos Mail
• You can include your name, title, company, and contact details
• Changes are saved automatically

Note: if you use the Assistant to draft emails, the signature configured in Mail will be applied.
