Disable the Recap auto-join meeting bot

The Recap bot automatically joins your scheduled meetings via calendar integration (Google, Outlook, or Delos Calendar). To disable this feature:

1. Open the Recap app in Delos.
2. Access Recap settings (gear icon or Settings menu).
3. Turn off the 'Auto-join meetings' or 'Autonomous bot' toggle.
4. The bot will no longer join your meetings automatically. You can still run a recap manually by importing an audio/video file.

Alternative: disconnect your calendar from Recap. The bot will no longer detect your meetings and won't auto-join.
