Your Recap summary is incomplete or entire sections of the meeting are missing? Here are the causes and solutions.

Common causes

Insufficient audio quality (a distant microphone, background noise, or unstable connection degrades transcription) Mixed languages (meetings alternating multiple languages can generate gaps) Participants without authorization (the Recap bot must have access to the entire audio track) Network interruptions (a momentary bot disconnection during the meeting causes gaps)

Solutions

• Use a quality microphone and prefer a quiet environment
• Verify the Recap bot remained connected throughout the meeting
• For multilingual meetings, specify expected languages in Recap settings
