Unable to create a Slides presentation

If you cannot create a presentation in Slides despite having available credits, here are the possible causes.

Checks:

• Make sure you have enough credits: creating a presentation consumes credits based on the AI model used
• Verify that your subscription is active in Settings > Subscription
• A temporary bug may block generation

Solutions:

1. Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R)
2. Log out and log back in
3. Try with a simpler prompt to test
4. Clear your browser cache

If the problem persists: contact support via the Assistant, describing the issue and specifying your subscription plan.
