Apollo.io

اربط Apollo.io بـ Delos لمزامنة جهات اتصالك وأتمتة عملية التنقيب.

Prerequisites

  • Have an Apollo.io account on a paid plan (Basic, Professional, or Organization). API access is not available on the free plan.
  • Be a manager of a Worker in Delos.

Part 1 — Create an API Key on Apollo.io

1. Access Apollo Integrations

2. Create the Key

  • In the Developer Dashboard, go to the API Keys tab
  • Click Create new key
  • Fill in the fields:
    • Name: a descriptive name (e.g., Delos - Production)
    • Description: the intended use (e.g., Prospecting and enrichment via Delos)
    • Endpoints: select the necessary endpoints, or enable "Set as master key" to authorize all
  • Click Create API key
  • Copy the displayed key immediately — it won't be visible after closing this window

Part 2 — Add the Key in Delos

3. Open the Worker's Integrations

  • In Delos, open the Worker you want to connect to Apollo
  • In the settings panel on the right, click the Integrations tab
  • Find the Sales section — Apollo appears alongside HubSpot and Lemlist

4. Connect Apollo

  • Click the Apollo card
  • Paste your API key in the provided field
  • Click Connect Apollo
  • The key is then displayed in a masked format (only the first and last characters are visible)

The Worker can now use Apollo.io to search for prospects, enrich contacts, manage sequences, and more.

Verify It Works

  • The Apollo card in the Integrations tab should indicate that the connection is active
  • A toggle lets you enable or disable Apollo without deleting the key
  • If the key is invalid, the Worker will display an error message on its first attempt to use an Apollo tool

Note: There is no automatic key verification at the time of entry. An incorrect key will only be detected when the Worker tries to call the Apollo API.

Manage Your API Key

  • Regenerate: on developer.apollo.io > API Keys > Regenerate (the old key is immediately invalidated — remember to update it in Delos)
  • Delete: on the same screen, click Delete
  • Monitor usage: in the Developer Dashboard > Usage, you can see your consumed email/phone credits and rate limits per endpoint

What the Worker Can Do with Apollo

Once connected, the Worker has access to 14 tools:

Category Capabilities
Prospecting Search for people, enrich a contact (email, phone), view a profile
CRM Contacts Search, create, update contacts
Organizations Search and enrich companies
Accounts Search and create accounts
Sequences List email sequences, add contacts to a sequence
Tasks Create and list tasks

Enrichment = credits. People search (search) is free but doesn't return emails/phones. Enrichment (enrich) reveals contact details but consumes Apollo credits.
