Prerequisites

• An Intercom account with access rights

Connection

1. Go to Settings → Connectors on Delos
2. Click Intercom
3. Enter your Intercom API key (found in Intercom → Settings → API Keys)
4. Validate the connection

What the connection enables

• Manage customer support conversations
• Create and track tickets
• Access customer contacts
