Outlook
اربط Microsoft Outlook بـ Delos لمركزة بريدك الإلكتروني والتقويم وجهات الاتصال المهنية.
Prerequisites
- You must have organization administrator rights to configure the integration.
Part 1 — Create your Outlook app
- Go to the Azure Portal and log in
- Click the View button under Manage Microsoft Entra ID
- In the left panel, click on **App registrations**, then on **New registration** (if you already have an application, you can use it)
- Enter a name, and in the Redirect URI section select the Web platform, along with this address:
- Click Register
- Once the app is created, copy the **Application (client) ID** field value, which you will need to connect your app in Delos
- Then, in the left panel, click on **Certificates & secrets** and then on **New client secret** (if you already have a Client Secret, you can reuse it). Give it a name, then click **Add**.
Copy the code in the **Value** column to a SAFE place — you will need it to connect the app in Delos (you will not be able to retrieve it later).
- Finally, in the left panel, click on **API permissions**, then on **Add a permission**. In the panel that opens, click on `Microsoft Graph` > `Delegated Permissions`. Start by checking the `offline_access` and `openid` permissions, which are required for the connection. Then check all other permissions you want. For Outlook, the relevant permissions can be found under the **Mail** filter. Click **Add permissions** to confirm. Finally, click **Grant admin consent for \**
## Part 2 — Connect your app on Delos
### Configure the integration at the organization level
- In Delos, go to the **organization integrations** (administrator rights required — otherwise, ask your administrator)
- Click on the **Outlook** integration
- Enter the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** retrieved from the Azure portal
- Click **Save**
---
## Part 3 — User connection
### Enable Outlook at the user level
- Once the integration is configured at the organization level, each user can click on **Outlook** in their personal integrations space
- The user is redirected to an Outlook page asking them to **authorize access** to the configured permissions
- Once authorization is granted, the connection is active
---
## Verify that it works
- In the Delos Assistant, ask a question using Outlook, for example: *"Send an email in Outlook to adresse@exemple.com and schedule a meeting with them for tomorrow at 1:00 PM to discuss the MCPs"*
- If the connection is active, the Assistant will send the email to the specified address and add the event to your Outlook calendar
