Assistant stuck after thinking with no result

If the Assistant shows "thinking" indefinitely without producing a response:

Troubleshooting steps

1. Refresh the page: reload the tab (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R).
2. Check internet connection: unstable connectivity can interrupt streaming.
3. Start a new conversation: overly long context can block generation.
4. Check your credits: a zero balance prevents any new request (Settings > Credits).
5. Switch models: if the default model is unavailable, select another model in the conversation.
6. Contact support: if the issue persists, create a ticket via the support form.
