Troubleshoot copy-paste formatting issues

If formatting is lost or modified when copy-pasting in Delos (including in the Assistant):

During copy-paste, formatting can be altered due to:

• Differences between text editors

Solutions

1. Use "Paste without formatting"

   • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+V
   • Mac: Cmd+Shift+V
   • This pastes only plain text

2. Copy from a plain text editor

   • First paste into Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac)
   • Copy from this editor to Delos
   • Formatting will be uniform

3. Reformat after pasting

   • Use Delos formatting tools
   • Apply desired styles manually
   • This ensures visual consistency

4. For tables and lists

   • Use Delos native functions
   • Recreate the structure rather than copy-paste
   • The result will be cleaner

5. Copy less text at a time

   • If the problem persists, try copying smaller segments
