Mail application troubleshooting

Resolve common issues with the Delos Mail application.

Assistant sends emails instead of drafting

If the Assistant automatically sends your emails instead of creating a draft:

• Specify in your request "draft an email" or "prepare an email"
• Check your automation settings
• The Assistant only sends if you explicitly ask to "send"

Cannot read email details

If Mail doesn't load the full email content:

1. Check your Internet connection
2. Refresh synchronization in Mail settings
3. Disconnect and reconnect your email account
4. Clear the application cache

Categories auto-creating

If unwanted categories appear:

• Categories are automatically created based on sorting rules
• You can delete or rename them in Mail settings
• Adjust your sorting rules to prevent automatic creation
