Recap: tables no longer rendering in recaps

If your meeting recaps no longer display tables (Markdown format), here are the points to check.

Symptoms

• The recap template contains a Markdown table (with | and ---), but the final result does not display the table correctly.
• The table appears as plain text or is missing from the recap.

Known causes

• Rendering engine update: a recent change to the Markdown conversion engine may affect table display in recaps.
• Template format: check that your template uses standard Markdown syntax for tables (header row, separator row with ---, data rows).

Solutions

1. Check the template: ensure the table syntax follows standard Markdown format.
2. Re-generate the recap: if the issue persists, try re-running the recap for the affected meeting.
3. Contact support: if the issue is systematic across all your recaps, report it to support@delos.so.
