Platform availability

Delos is a cloud platform accessible 24/7 via a web browser. An internet connection is required to use all features.

Mobile app

The Delos mobile app (iOS and Android) lets you access your conversations and documents. Some features may be limited on mobile.

Offline mode

• Conversations: recent conversations are cached and viewable offline in the mobile app
• Documents: recently opened documents are available offline
• Creation: creating new content requires a connection

Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance by email and on the status page. In case of interruption, your data is preserved.
