Prerequisites

• Have administrator rights for the organization to configure the integration.

Part 1 — Create your Notion app

1. Access the integrations manager

• Access the Notion integrations manager: https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations/public
• Click on Create a new integration (or on your integration if it already exists)

### 2. Configure the application - Fill in all the requested fields (make sure to put your company's workspace in **Associated Workspace**!) - At the bottom of the page, for the Redirect URIs section, fill in with this link: [https://app.delos.so/api/v1/integrations/notion/personal_oauth_callback](https://app.delos.so/api/v1/integrations/x/personal_oauth_callback) - Click on **Create**. ### 3. Configure permissions We are then redirected to the permissions configuration page. Note the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret credentials in a safe place (the latter should absolutely not be disclosed!). Below, select the permissions you want, for example **Update content** or **Insert content** which allows you to create or modify pages on your workspace. --- ## Part 2 — Connect your app on Delos ### 5. Configure the integration on the organization side - In Delos, access the **organization integrations** (administrator rights required — otherwise, ask your administrator) - Click on the **Notion** integration - Enter the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** retrieved from the Notion integrations page. - Click on **Save** --- ## Part 3 — Connection by users ### 6. Activate Notion at the user level - Once the integration is configured at the organization level, each user can click on **Notion** in their personal integrations space - The user is redirected to a Notion page asking to **authorize access** to the configured permissions - Once authorization is granted, the connection is active --- ## Verify that it works - In the Delos Assistant, ask a question using Notion, for example: *"Create a new page in the XXX folder that contains the text "Hello everyone, this is the Delos bot!" on Notion"* - If the connection is active, the Assistant responds by confirming that it has created this page on your Notion workspace.
