Prerequisites

• You must have organization administrator rights to configure the integration.

Part 1 — Create your SharePoint app

• Go to the Azure Portal and log in
• Click the View button under Manage Microsoft Entra ID

- In the left panel, click **App registrations**, then **New registration** (if you already have an application, you can use it) - Enter a name, and in the Redirect URI section select the Web platform, along with the following address: `https://app.delos.so/api/v1/integrations/sharepoint/personal_oauth_callback` - Click **Register** - Once the app is created, copy the **Application (client) ID** field value — you will need it to connect your app in Delos - Then, in the left panel, click **Certificates & secrets**, then **New client secret** (if you already have a Client Secret, you can reuse it). Give it a name, then click **Add**. Copy the code in the **Value** column to a SAFE place — you will need it to connect the app in Delos (you will not be able to retrieve it later). - Finally, in the left panel, click **API permissions**, then **Add a permission**. In the panel that opens, click `Microsoft Graph` > `Delegated Permissions`. Start by checking the `offline_access` and `openid` permissions, which are required for the connection. Then check any other permissions you want. For SharePoint, the relevant permissions are found under the **Files**, **Sites**, or **SharePoint** filters. Click **Add permissions** to confirm. Finally, click on **Grant admin consent for ** ## Part 2 — Connect your app on Delos ### Configure the integration at the organization level - In Delos, go to **organization integrations** (administrator rights required — otherwise, ask your administrator) - Click on the **SharePoint** integration - Enter the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** retrieved from the Azure portal - Click **Save** --- ## Part 3 — User connection ### Enable SharePoint at the user level - Once the integration is configured at the organization level, each user can click on **SharePoint** in their personal integrations space - The user is redirected to a SharePoint page asking them to **authorize access** to the configured permissions - Once access is granted, the connection is active --- ## Verify it works - In the Delos Assistant, ask a question using SharePoint, for example: *"Find me the file XXX in site YYY"* - If the connection is active, the Assistant responds by listing the file from your SharePoint space
