Ping is the built-in instant messaging module in Delos. Communicate with your colleagues in real time, share files, and collaborate efficiently — all within a secure environment.

What you can do with Ping

  • File sharing: Send documents, images, and files directly in conversations
  • Mentions and notifications: Mention colleagues with @ to get their attention
  • History search: Easily find a message or shared file
  • AI integration: Use the Delos assistant directly in your conversations

How it works

  1. Open Ping from your Delos workspace
  2. Create or join individual or group conversations
  3. Chat in real time with your colleagues
  4. Share files and collaborate without leaving the conversation
  5. Use AI to summarize discussions, translate messages, or generate replies

Multiple Ping accounts

You can manage multiple Ping accounts from your Delos workspace. Each account keeps its own conversations, channels and contacts.

Switch accounts via the account selector in the Ping interface.
