Slides: create professional presentations with AI
Slides is the Delos application that allows you to create, edit, customize and export professional presentations with the help of artificial intelligence.
From a simple instruction, an existing document or a reference deck, Slides can generate a complete presentation with a clear structure, synthetic content, visuals, layouts and a style adapted to your needs.
Slides can be used to create pitch decks, sales presentations, meeting materials, training courses, visual reports, client proposals, internal presentations or marketing materials.
Express creation — Generate your slides in seconds
Slides transforms an idea, topic or raw text into a structured presentation.
The user describes their need, for example:
- "Create a 10-slide sales presentation."
- "Transform this report into a deck for an executive committee."
- "Generate an investor pitch deck."
- "Prepare training material on this topic."
Slides then proposes a first version of the deck with:
- a logical plan;
- slide titles;
- synthetic content;
- visuals;
- layouts;
- a professional rendering.
The presentation can then be modified, enriched or customized.
Templates and brand guidelines
Slides can generate presentations adapted to your visual identity.
The user can use templates or add a reference deck to guide creation.
A reference deck can contain:
- logo;
- colors;
- fonts;
- title styles;
- layouts;
- slide backgrounds;
- visuals;
- examples of existing slides.
Slides relies on these elements to produce presentations consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
Adding a reference deck
A reference deck is used to indicate to Slides the expected graphic style.
It can be used to:
- adopt an existing brand;
- harmonize new presentations;
- preserve company colors, fonts and logos;
- generate slides in the same style as an already validated deck;
- save time on formatting.
Example: a user can provide an old sales presentation so that Slides creates a new deck with the same visual style.
Editing — Modify your slides freely
After generation, Slides allows you to modify the presentation.
The user can:
- modify texts;
- rewrite titles;
- add or remove a slide;
- reorganize slides;
- replace an image;
- change colors;
- modify fonts;
- adjust backgrounds;
- modify blocks and visual elements;
- make a slide clearer, shorter or more visual.
Editing can be done manually or by asking the AI to rework part of the deck.
Variants and slide validation
When a slide is generated or modified, Slides can propose several versions of the same slide.
These variants can have:
- a different layout;
- a different visual style;
- shorter or more detailed content;
- a more graphic or more textual approach.
When several versions exist, the user must validate the slide they wish to keep.
This step allows you to choose the final version and avoid multiple proposals remaining in competition in the deck.
Preview mode and Edit mode
Slides works with two main modes.
Preview mode
Preview mode allows you to view the presentation as a viewer.
It is used to:
- browse slides;
- check the final rendering;
- test animations or dynamic elements;
- control the sequence;
- proofread before export or sharing.
In this mode, the user views the presentation without directly modifying elements.
Edit mode
Edit mode allows you to modify the presentation.
It is used to:
- change texts;
- modify colors;
- adjust images;
- move or modify blocks;
- generate variants;
- validate slides;
- customize the deck.
This is the mode to use to work on content and design.
Dynamic slides and interactive HTML
Slides can create more dynamic presentations than a classic slideshow.
Some slides can integrate:
- animations;
- transitions;
- interactive elements;
- dynamic blocks;
- HTML components;
- animated graphics;
- visual effects;
- immersive modules.
These slides can function as small interactive interfaces or mini web pages integrated into the presentation.
They are useful for making a presentation more engaging, educational or differentiating.
Visual customization
Slides allows you to adjust the graphic rendering of the deck.
The user can modify:
- primary and secondary colors;
- background colors;
- typography;
- text sizes;
- title styles;
- images;
- icons;
- blocks;
- shapes;
- overall visual atmosphere.
This allows you to adapt a presentation to a brand guideline, an audience or a specific context: commercial, institutional, educational, premium, modern, minimalist, etc.
Sketch-to-Slide — Transform a drawing into a slide
Slides can help transform a visual idea, diagram or sketch into a professional slide.
This feature is useful for:
- converting a diagram into a clear slide;
- transforming a draft into a presentable material;
- quickly creating a workflow, architecture or concept map;
- formalizing a visual idea.
Export to PPTX and PDF
Slides allows you to export a presentation in PPTX format.
PPTX export allows you to open and modify the deck in Microsoft PowerPoint or a compatible tool. It is useful for sending a presentation to a client, reworking the file outside of Delos or archiving it.
Depending on available options, Slides may also allow PDF export. PDF is recommended for sharing a final, frozen and non-modifiable version.
Before export, it is advisable to:
- check the deck in Preview mode;
- validate slide variants;
- proofread content;
- check sensitive information;
- verify graphic consistency.
You also have the option to share a link so users can access your presentation without even needing a Delos account. Just press the "Share" button at the top of your presentation.
Sharing and publication
A Slides presentation can be shared with other users or teams.
Sharing allows you to:
- collaborate on a deck;
- give access to a presentation;
- have a material proofread;
- centralize modifications;
- avoid multiple versions sent by email.
A presentation can also be published via a link, depending on available options. Publication is useful for transmitting a deck to an external contact or distributing an online viewable version.
