Manage my Delos account

Access my profile

To access your account settings:

1. Log in at app.delos.so
2. Click your avatar in the top right corner
3. Select Settings

Edit my personal information

From the Settings page, you can:

• Name: change your display name on the platform
• Profile picture: upload or change your avatar
• Preferred language: choose your interface language (French, English, German, Spanish, Arabic)
• Time zone: configure your time zone for notifications and Recap

Change my email address

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Click Change email
3. Enter your new address
4. Confirm with the code sent to your old address

Change my password

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click Change password
3. Enter your current password, then the new one (minimum 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters)

Delete my account

Warning: this action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted.

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Click Delete my account
4. Confirm by typing your email address

Deletion takes effect immediately. Your data is purged within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
