Credit renewal: how it works and cycle

Delos credits are renewed monthly based on your subscription plan.

• Monthly cycle: credits are recharged on your subscription anniversary date.
• Plans: Explore (10,000/month), Advanced (20,000/month), Premium (50,000/month).
• Institutional accounts (universities, schools): renewal follows the same monthly logic. Check with your administrator if credits are managed at the main account level.
• Unused credits: not carried over to the next cycle.
• Additional credits: purchasable separately, valid as long as subscription is active.

If your credits were not renewed on time, check your subscription status in Settings > Billing, or contact support.
