Payment methods and invoices

Accepted payment methods

Delos accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Bank transfer: Available for Enterprise plans

Manage your payment method

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Payment method
3. Add, edit or remove a card

Invoices

Your invoices are generated automatically each month:

• Access your invoices in Settings > Billing > History
• Each invoice is downloadable as PDF
• Invoices include your VAT number if provided

Update billing information

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Billing information
3. Update company name, address or VAT number
4. Future invoices automatically reflect changes

Payment issues

If a payment fails:

• You receive a notification email
• You have 7 days to update your payment method
• Your access is maintained during this grace period
