How to create an agent for a Delos application?
- Choose the target application (Assistant, Scribe, Slides, Tables, Code, Calendar, Drive)
- Define the agent's role: what problem should it solve?
- Write the instructions: be specific about behavior, style, expected tasks
- Add reference documents or templates if necessary
- Enable relevant capabilities for the application (e.g., text generation for Scribe, slide creation for Slides…)
- Test the agent with real scenarios to validate its operation
Best practices
- Precise instructions: the more detailed your prompt, the better the agent will perform
- Up-to-date templates: keep your templates and reference documents updated
- Limited capabilities: only enable features the agent needs
- Regular testing: validate the agent on typical use cases
