Recommended structure

• Workspaces: collaborative spaces for your team projects
• Personal folders: your private documents
• Collections: smart folders (a document can belong to multiple collections)

Importing files

1. Drag and drop your files into the Drive
2. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, images, audio
3. AI automatically indexes content for search

Searching

• Use natural language search: "the contract signed in March"
• AI understands context and finds the right document
• Filter by type, date, or workspace

Sharing

• Right-click > Share > choose a workspace or user
• Permissions: view or edit
