Create and configure an AI worker

Workers: your autonomous AI agents

Workers are autonomous AI agents that work for you on Delos. They can handle recurring tasks, analyze data, send messages, and much more.

Creating a worker

1. From the main menu, go to the Workers section
2. Click + New worker
3. Give it a name and a role description
4. Define its missions (directives):
   • Rule: permanent behavior (always/never/ask)
   • Recurring: task that repeats (daily, weekly)
   • Scheduled: one-time task at a specific date
   • Trigger: reaction to an event (email received, etc.)
5. Configure its integrations (email, calendar, CRM, etc.)
6. Activate it

Best practices

• Start with simple missions
• Test in beta environment before production
• Give clear and precise instructions
• Regularly check activity logs
