Connect Instagram to Delos to manage your posts and analyze your performance.
Connect a worker's Instagram account so it can react to messages received on Instagram.
Prerequisites
- Be a manager of the worker (access to its settings).
- Have the credentials of the Instagram account to connect.
Connect Instagram to a worker
- Open the worker's settings, Integrations tab, then the Instagram card.
- Click "Open the login page". A secure page opens in a new tab.
- Sign in to Instagram on that page (password, two-factor authentication and any suspicious-login confirmation happen there). Delos never sees your password.
- Come back to Delos: the screen switches to "Instagram is connected", showing the account name (@account).
If the login page was closed, use "Reopen the login page", "Restart" or "Cancel the connection".
Triggers
Once connected, the "Instagram triggers" screen lets you define rules so the worker reacts to incoming messages.
Limits
- If the session expires, a message asks you to reconnect the account: your rules are kept.
- "Disconnect Instagram" removes Instagram from the worker. If the account cannot be released, a message says so: contact Delos support.
