Integrate LinkedIn with Delos to enrich your contacts and automate your professional network.

Connect a worker's LinkedIn account so it can react to messages received on LinkedIn.

Prerequisites

  • Be a manager of the worker (access to its settings).
  • Have the credentials of the LinkedIn account to connect.

Connect LinkedIn to a worker

  1. Open the worker's settings, Integrations tab, then the LinkedIn card.
  2. Click "Open the login page". A secure page opens in a new tab.
  3. Sign in to LinkedIn on that page (password, two-factor authentication and any verification happen there). Delos never sees your password.
  4. Come back to Delos: the screen switches to "LinkedIn is connected" once the connection is validated.

If the login page was closed, use "Reopen the login page", "Restart" or "Cancel the connection".

Triggers

Once connected, the "LinkedIn triggers" screen lets you define rules so the worker reacts to incoming messages.

Limits

  • If the session expires, a message asks you to reconnect the account: your rules are kept.
  • "Disconnect LinkedIn" removes LinkedIn from the worker. If the account cannot be released, a message says so: contact Delos support.
