Pega
Conecta tu worker a Pega: podrá crear y hacer avanzar casos, gestionar su cola de asignaciones y consultar los datos de CRM de tu instancia de Pega.
Integrating Pega
Pega Infinity is a case management and CRM platform. Once the integration is in place, the Assistant can create and progress cases, work through an assignment queue (worklist) and query the CRM data in your Pega instance.
Good to know up front: unlike a simple API-key integration, Pega connects via OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code + PKCE). You register an OAuth application in your own Pega instance, declare it once at the organization level in Delos, then each user authorizes access. Because Pega is multi-instance (each organization hosts its own domain), you also provide your instance URL.
Prerequisites
- Have an accessible Pega Infinity instance (e.g.
https://acme.pega.com) - Have Dev Studio / administration rights on that instance to register an OAuth 2.0 application
- Have organization administrator rights in Delos to configure the integration
Part 1 — Create your Pega app
- Sign in to Dev Studio on your Pega instance
- From the menu, go to Records > Security > OAuth 2.0 Client Registration, then click Create

- Enter a Client name (e.g. Delos - Production)
- Select the Grant type: Authorization Code
- Enable Enable PKCE
- In the Redirect URI field, enter this address:
https://app.delos.so/api/v1/integrations/pega/personal_oauth_callback - Click Save

- Once the app is created, copy the Client ID and Client Secret fields to a safe place (the Client Secret must not be shared and may no longer be shown after you close the screen!)
- Also note your instance origin (e.g.
https://acme.pega.com) — this is the host before/prweb

Part 2 — Connect your app in Delos
- In Delos, go to the organization integrations (administrator rights required — otherwise, ask your administrator)

- Click the Pega integration
- Fill in the three fields:
- Pega instance URL: your instance origin, e.g.
https://acme.pega.com - Client ID and Client Secret retrieved from Pega Dev Studio
- Pega instance URL: your instance origin, e.g.

- Click Save
Part 3 — Connection by users
- Once the integration is configured at the organization level, each user can click Pega in their personal integrations space

- The user is redirected to a Pega page asking them to authorize the access requested by Delos
- Once authorization is granted, the connection is active
The access token is then refreshed automatically by Delos before it expires; there is no need to reconnect regularly as long as the OAuth app stays valid on the Pega side.
Check that it works
- In the Delos Assistant, ask a question that uses Pega, for example: "List the case types I can create in Pega" or "Show me my open Pega assignments"
- If the connection is active, the Assistant replies by listing the information from your Pega instance
